This index page has links to take you to the various lists of drawings, please select the category or categories of interest to you and click on the appropriate link. This will take you to the list of drawings, it will also tell you the scale of the drawing available. A brief description of the level of information contained within the drawing will be provided on email request. List is as available at  April 2011. (It will be updated frequently.)

This website is specifically aimed at providing information concerning the locating the whereabouts of drawings for the assistance of people working on a model railway layout or wishing to build specific models. It is intended mainly as a search service. The source of many of these will be from the various published model railway magazines.The drawings are listed in four categories: (1) locomotives (2) coaches, (3) wagons, (4) buildings and structures (eg signals).

Where we are able to provide the actual drawings (see the various lists), the charge for scale drawings for a specific locomotive, coach, wagon, and building or structure will be £2- 50 per drawing subject, (for example a loco, a coach, two wagons and a specific building would be £12-50.) If the source of the desired drawing is from a magazine, we will provide a copy of the magazine, (thus 5 drawings from 5 magazines would be £12-50), plus postage at cost.

If we are unable to provide a copy of the drawing, for example where a drawing is marked as SOLD, then we can provide information as to where this drawing exists and may also be able to provide information as to where to try to go about getting  a copy of the drawing, ( NOTE  we cannot guarantee to be able to do this unless the drawing is actually listed ). Where we can provide information as to a source of the required drawing , we currently charge £1-50 per drawing as a search fee, this fee being to offset the time and costs in setting up the search index

Drawing Standards will vary from a totally accurate scale drawing with dimensions, through an accurate scale drawing without dimensions, to dimensioned drawings where the exact scale as drawn cannot be guaranteed, to a basically accurate drawing sufficient to be able to make a representation of the real thing. We will give a statement as to the nature of the drawing, along the lines just outlined, on request, so that you can decide whether you wish to take the matter any further.

Please note, we can now accept debit or credit card payments for paypal, but these payments will incur the paypal service charge, (currently £0.34 on one item, and £0.45 on two items,  we will quote for greater numbers as required.)

We are constantly adding drawings to the lists as we ourselves index the various sources, so it is worth revisiting the website from time to time.

Drawings marked as SOLD, means that we cannot provide a drawing, but see above for the Drawing Search service.
